NOTE:
(1) All participants, including presenters, must register for the meeting.
(2) The registration fee includes all conference sessions, two lunches, a reception, and refreshments at coffee breaks.
(3) Those who register under "student
status" will be asked to provide the name of school, status (undergraduate
or graduate), and advisorfs name. Please be prepared to provide proof
of student status at the registration desk when you pick up the conference
materials on or the day before the conference date.
(4) LCD projectors will be supplied for those who wish to use them, and no fee will be charged. However, please note that presenters must supply their own computers.
(5) In case of cancellations, registration fees will be refunded until July 1. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for cancellations received July 2 or later.
